摘要
根据几种不同的合成路线分析了产品中可能存在的五种杂质及降解产物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ,并合成了Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ。用氰基柱反相高效液相色谱法进行了测定,获得了良好的分离效果,从而建立了控制盐酸蒽丹西酮质量的方法。
On the basis of the different synthetic routes four impurities and decomposition products Ⅱ Ⅲ Ⅳ Ⅴ and Ⅵ were presented in ondansetron hydrochloride Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were synthesized They were determined by RP HPLC with cyanide column The good separated results were obtained and a method of controlling quality of ondansetron hydrochloide was developed
