摘要 校本教研高原期的产生不是偶然的,它是在一定客观条件下诸多因素、矛盾综合的必然结果。在高原期中,它呈现出教研政策的中场休息、机制建设的缓慢演进、资源开发的步入低谷、教师专业成长的亚状态等特有的问题表现,从政策层、制度层、资源层、教师层寻求商解之道,已迫在眉睫。 There is a plateau period in the development of school-based educational research, which is the inevitable result synthesis and contradiction. In the plateau time, school-based educational research faces many challenges: the development and implement of research policy enters stagnation, the mechanism construction becomes slow , the development of resources reaches the lower point , teachers' professional development is inferior, and so on. It already become extremely urgent prombles to seek the solutions from the establishment of policy, building of institution, construction of resources and teachers' development.
