摘要
在外教英语口语课上影响美籍教师和中国学生在互动性交际过程中意义磋商的主要因素有:师生间不平等的地位,师生间英语水平的差异,师生间文化背景的差异以及学生较低的动机。
This paper, using discourse analysis method, explores the main factors that affect the process of negotiation for meaning in T- and - S interaction in an American teacher's English speaking class. The main factors are listed as follows: unequal T-and-S relationships, unequal T-and-S linguistic proficiency, cultural differences between the American teacher and Chinese students and students' low motivation.
