摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定土壤中7种均三氮苯类除草剂:西玛津、莠去津、扑灭通、莠灭净、扑灭津、扑草净、去草净,用乙腈或甲醇-乙腈(体积比3:7)提取,中性氧化铝小柱净化,高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测器检测。检测波长为224nm。实验结果表明,方法的变异系数在1.24%-6.83%之间,平均回收率在95.0%~106.9%之间,检出限为0.84—2.07μg/kg。
A method was developed for determining residues simazine, ametryn, prometryn, terbutryn and prometon in soil. of the seven triazine herbicides: atrazine, propazine, Samples were extracted with acetonitrile or methanol- acetonitrile (3:7, by vol) and followed by cleanup on a neutral alumina column, and determination by HPLC with diode array detector at 224 nm. Recovery with this method ranged from 95.0 to 106.9%, and the coefficient of variation ranged from 1.24 to 6.83%. The lowest detectable concentrations in soil were 0.84 to 2.07 μg/kg.
