摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定土壤中7种均三氮苯类除草剂：西玛津、莠去津、扑灭通、莠灭净、扑灭津、扑草净、去草净，用乙腈或甲醇-乙腈（体积比3：7）提取，中性氧化铝小柱净化，高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测器检测。检测波长为224nm。实验结果表明，方法的变异系数在1．24％-6.83％之间，平均回收率在95．0％～106．9％之间，检出限为0．84—2．07μg／kg。
A method was developed for determining residues simazine, ametryn, prometryn, terbutryn and prometon in soil. of the seven triazine herbicides： atrazine, propazine, Samples were extracted with acetonitrile or methanol- acetonitrile （3：7, by vol） and followed by cleanup on a neutral alumina column, and determination by HPLC with diode array detector at 224 nm. Recovery with this method ranged from 95.0 to 106.9%, and the coefficient of variation ranged from 1.24 to 6.83%. The lowest detectable concentrations in soil were 0.84 to 2.07 μg/kg.
