摘要
80只1日龄爱拔益加肉仔鸡(AA肉鸡),随机分为4组,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ～Ⅳ组为试验组,各组分别在日常饮用水中添加0、0.5%、1.5%及3%的蚯蚓提取物,研究其对肉鸡免疫器官发育及免疫功能的影响。结果表明:在日常饮水中添加0.5%、1.5%的蚯蚓提取物,肉鸡增重效果明显,其中以1.5%效果更好(P<0.01),并能显著提高肉鸡的免疫器官指数、外周血ANAE+淋巴细胞百分率、血清溶血素,增强机体的免疫功能(P<0.05)。而在此基础上添加3%的蚯蚓提取物,肉鸡生长缓慢,并在49日龄时体重明显降低(P<0.05),且机体免疫器官指数、细胞免疫及体液免疫机能等均有所回落(P>0.05)。
Eighty one-day-old arbor acres were randomly divided into 4 groups of birds each. Group I served as control, while group lI to IV were respectively supplemented with 0.5%,1.5% and 3% earthworm extracts in daily drinking water for 49 days, and the effects of dietary earthworm extracts supplementation on the development of immune organ and immune functions in broilers were studied. The results indicated that ： the groups added 0.5% and 3% earthworm extract in daily drinking water can significantly increase weight gain , improve immune organ indexes, percentage of ANAE＋ peripheral blood lymphocytes, serum hemolysin（P〈0.05）,while adding 3% earthworm extracts led to a slower growth and the weight decreased significantly in the 49-day-old （P〈0.05）,in addition, immune organ index, cellular immunity and humoral immune function, etc. have come down（〉O.05）.
