摘要
目的:探讨心理健康教育对2型糖尿病住院患者生存质量及空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖的影响。方法:采用病例对照研究,将于2007年6月到10月期间在山西省人民医院住院的2型糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组,在院内常规治疗下,对干预组进行团体训练形式的心理健康教育后测查干预前后和两组间糖尿病生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)、空腹血糖(FBG)和餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)的差异。结果:治疗后对照组与干预组组间比较FBG差异无显著性(P>0.05),2hPBG差异有显著性(P<0.05);DSQL评分干预组治疗前后在心理维度、社会维度评分显著下降(P<0.01)。结论:住院期间对2型糖尿病患者进行心理健康教育可以改善餐后2h血糖水平,提高患者的生存质量,同时对改善医患关系有积极意义。
Objective To discuss the role of mental health education on the improvement of the quality of life, fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and two hour plasma glucose (2hPBG) for type 2 diabetes patients .Methods The patients were randomized to education group or control group. The control group were trained with conventional therapies. The educational group received in addition to mental health therapies, taking the form of group and individual treatment. The changes in fasting plasma glucose (FPG),two hour plasma glucose(2hPG),and the scale of DSOL were measured. Results After the therapies 2hPBG of the two groups have significance (P〈0.05);the education group' scores of DSQL are droped in the psychological dimension and social dimension(P〈0.01). Conclusion Mental health education in hospital can improve the patient's quality of life and 2hPBG; it also plays a positive role in improving the relationship between doctors and patients at the same time.
