摘要
目的:探讨采用锁孔入路手术治疗镰旁脑膜瘤的方法和效果。方法:对16例镰旁脑膜瘤应用锁孔手术理念在显微镜下切除肿瘤。结果:16例脑膜瘤均全部切除,无手术死亡和致残,无术后症状加重。结论:锁孔入路显微手术切除镰旁脑膜瘤具有创伤小,恢复快等优点,同时恰当的适应证选择、精确的手术入路,熟练的显微手术技巧很重要。
Objective：To study the surgical techniques with keyhole operation concept for treatment Of the parafalcine meningiomas. Methods. Sixteen cases of parafalcine meningiomas were removed by micresurgery with keyhole operation concept, used small- circle bone flap craniotomy. Results： All 16 cases of parafalcine meningiomas were totally removed. There was no death or exacebation in all cases. Conclusion： Key - hole microsurgery may provide maximum efficiency to remove intracranial tumor and minimum invasiveness, it is Very important to choose indication properly, accurate approaches, and proficient skill of micresurgery.
