摘要
目的探讨显微外科手术对镰旁脑膜瘤的治疗方法,提高镰旁脑膜瘤的治疗效果。方法对利用显微手术镜直视下切除大脑镰旁脑膜瘤32例资料进行回顾性分析。结果按Simpson标准评价脑膜瘤切除程度,达到Simpson I级切除28例,达到SimpsonⅡ级切除4例,无手术死亡病例。所有病例有效随访平均24个月,无复发病例。结论利用显微外科技术切除镰旁脑膜瘤,可最大限度地减少对相邻脑组织及血管的损伤,提高全切除率,避免手术死亡,提高临床效果。
Objective To discuss the microsurgical treatment of falx meningioma. Methods A retrospective study was carried out on 32 patients with cerebral falx meningioma treated with microsurgery from Jan. 2009 to Feb. 2013. Results With reference to Simpson＇s meningioma classification,28 patients met Simpson grade Ⅰ standard of resection and 4 cases met the standard of grade Ⅱ. There was no death caused by operation and no recurrence was found during the average 24 months follow-up period. Conclusion Microsurgical technique can obviously improve the tumor total removal rate and avoid recurrence and other severe complications.
