摘要
对一种典型的L形壳体结构进行失效模式研究,首先对L形壳体进行拉伸破坏实验,得到结构的载荷—位移曲线,其次,采用弹塑性接触算法和自适应网格技术,对实验过程进行有限元数值模拟,数值模拟得到的载荷—位移曲线以及变形结果与实验结果相当一致,最后通过综合分析得出拉伸载荷下L形壳体的失效模式表现为局部弯矩导致的过量塑性变形失效。
The failure mode analysis of typical L-shaped shell structure is researched. The failure experiment about L-shaped shell structure is carried out, and the curve of load-displacement is obtained. Then, the finite element numerical simulation about failure experiment is presented by using elastic-plastic contact computation and adaptive mesh technique, and the results obtained by numerical simulation are coincident with those obtained by experiment. Through comprehensive analysis, the failure mode of L-shaped shell structure under tensile loading is revealed, which is the excess plastic deformation failure caused by local moment.
