摘要
通过分析散热器翼片中空气流动的形式(层流流动或湍流流动),讨论了散热器散热效率不同的原因,提出了优化散热器翼片的设想;由机载电子设备常用的散热方案(自然冷却和强制风冷却),提出了机载电子设备散热的设计思路和计算方法。
Through analysis of the airflow form, laminar or turbulence, of heat sink's cooling rib, the reasons of heat sink's different efficiency are discussed. The assume of optimized heat sink's cooling rib is put forward. The thermal design concept and compute methods of airborne electronics equipment are proposed on based of common cooling methods (self-cooling and forced air cooling).
