射频放大器是星上重要的电子器件,对工作温度要求严格,卫星在地面测试过程中,射频功率放大器需要进行良好的散热,以保证其正常稳定的工作。文章介绍了一种新型的散热方案,并叙述了其具体原理和实施方案。
The RF amplifier is an important electronic equipment in a satellite. It poses a strict limit to the working temperature. The amplifier needs good conditions to work well when the satellite is tested. This paper introduces a new schema of heat release. The principle and implementation schema are given here.
