摘要
依据问卷调查和学生思想政治教育工作实际,分析了当前大学生的思想特点,对增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性,促进各民族学生全面发展进行了若干思考并提出对策。
Based on questionnaire survey and the practical work on students＇ ideological and political education, the paper makes an analysis of the mental characteristics of college students and discusses ways to enhance the effectiveness of the work and promote the overall development of students of all nationalities.
