Thermodynamic and kinetic calculations of magnesium deoxidization

摘要 在热力学计算的基础上指出镁的脱氧能力比铝强很多,即便是钢液中w(Mg)只有百万分之几也能将w(O)降低到1.0×10-6水平。通过动力学计算指出了提高镁脱氧效果的方法,如降低钢水温度、增加气体搅拌等。 On the basis of thermodynamic calculations, this paper indicates that the ability of Mg deoxidization is much better than that of Al. Even though in a condition with only a few Mg content in molten steel, the oxygen content in molten steel can be reduced to very low amount. In addition, methods for improving the result of magnesimn deoxidization, such as decreasing the temperature of molten steel and adding gas stirring, are also presented based on kinetic calculations.
