摘要
目的观察白血病患者化学治疗前后红细胞免疫功能、肿瘤相关物质群(TSGF)和端粒酶活性的变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫粘附酵母菌花环法测定C_(3b)受体花环率(RBC-C_(3b)R)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-IcR),ELISA法检测TSGF含量和PCR-ELISA法检测端粒酶活性。结果白血病患者RBC-C_(3b)R降低,RBC-IcR升高,TSGF含量和端粒酶活性增高(P<0.05);经常规化疗后.RBC-C_(3b)R回升,RBC-IcR下降,TSGF含量和端粒酶活性均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论白血病患者红细胞免疫功能、TSGF含量和端粒活性与化疗效果相关,可作为监测白血病治疗效果和预后的辅助指标。
Objective Changes of adherence rate of complement 3b-receptor on the surface of red blood cell (RBC-C3bR), immune complex adherence rate of red blood cell (RBC-IcR), tumor supplied group of factors (TSGF) and telomerase activity in leukemia cases before and after antileukemic chemotherapy, and explore their possible clinical significances. Methods RBC-C3bR and RBC-IcR were determined by the assay of immune adhesive rosette form test with the yeast, the level of TSGF was detected using ELISA method, and the telomerase activity was checked by PCR-ELISA techniques. Results The level of RBC-C3bR of the patients was much lower than that of the normal persons, the level of RBC-IcR was higher than that of the normal persons, and TSGF content and telomerase activity were significantly higher than those of the healthy group (P 〈0.05). After routine chemotherapy, RBC-C3bR of the treated cases was raised and RBC-IcR became much lower. TSGF content and telomerase activity became lower than those of untreated patients (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The RBC immune function, level of TSGF and telomerase activity of the leukemic patients were related with the efficacy of anti-leukemic chemotherapy, and they may be regarded as indices for monitoring the therapeutic effects and prognosis of leukemia patients.
