摘要
2006-2007年国外基于用户信息检索行为的研究,在信息检索行为理论方面主要集中在信息检索行为模型、基于认知学的用户信息检索行为、用户特征与信息检索行为之间的关系3个方面;在基于特定人群行为方面的研究,主要包括性别、年龄、学科、组织团体、职业5个类别;对行为影响因素的研究,主要包括外部因素和内部因素。研究特点:研究主题丰富;医学是用户信息检索行为研究最热门的学科。研究的不足:部分研究的实验样本规模过小、分析方法单一;用户信息检索行为与改善信息检索技术结合较少。
This paper illustrates the foreign study on information retrieval behavior of users from 2006 to 2007 from three aspects： behavior theory of information retrieval, specific user group＇s information behavior and influencing factors. The research of behavior theory of information retrieval includes models of information retrieval behavior, information retrieval behavior of users based on cognitive science and the relation of users＇ features and information retrieval behavior. The research of specific user group＇s information behavior focuses on sex, age, subjects, groups and professions. The research of influencing factors contains outer factors and inner factors. The characteristics of the foreign study on information retrieval behavior of users are as follows： the contents of research are abundant; medicine is the hot subject in the research. The shortages include two aspects： the scale of samples of some researches is small and methods of analysis are single; information retrieval behavior of users is seldomly combined with the improvement of information retrieval technology.
