摘要
采取网络浏览、电话交流等方式对湖北省高校图书馆实时在线参考咨询服务的开展现状、所用软件、服务政策及服务质量等方面进行深入调查和分析。当前湖北省高校实时在线参考咨询服务开展得不普遍、服务质量也不容乐观。应充分利用QQ开展实时在线咨询,采取多种手段避免咨询时间的局限;加强宣传,提高认知度;加强咨询质量的考核。
By the means of browsing websites, telephone communication and so on, the essay investigates and analyzes the current situation, software, policies of services and quality of the real-time online referece service in universities libraries in Hubei Province. Based on the investigation, this essay points out that the service is not widespread yet, and quality is also unsatisfied. Some feasible measures are proposed, such as carrying out the service by QQ, adopting various means to avoid the limitation of time, enhancing propagating, strengthening quality control.
