摘要
工业用地使用权以招标拍卖挂牌方式出让,是我国工业用地实行市场化配置的重大制度变革,对于严把土地"闸门"、防止工业用地低成本过度扩张,建立工业用地市场形成价格机制和发挥市场配置资源的基础性作用,具有十分重要的意义。
The ways of use right of industrial land to offer for sale by inviting bids.the forced sale.nominal quotation, is the important system change about the national industrial land by way of execution market , for strict make land gateway,prevent from the industrial land and extend with the low cost excessiveness, use the foundation function that a ground of market formation price mechanism and exertive market install a resources to the establishment of industrial land market, all have very important meaning.
