摘要
目的探讨抑制素B(INH-B)在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清中的变化,分析INH-B在PCOS发病中的可能作用。方法用免疫组化法检测45例多囊卵巢综合征和20例月经正常的育龄期妇女的血清INH-B水平。结果PCOS组血清INH-B水平高于对照组,PCOS非肥胖组血清INH-B水平高于肥胖组,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。PCOS组血清INH-B水平与LH、FSH、T呈正相关,与BMI呈负相关。对照组血清INH-B水平与BMI呈负相关。结论INH-B参与了PCOS患者性激素分泌失调的形成。检测与调节PCOS患者的血清INH-B水平可能有助于指导PCOS的治疗。
Objective To investigate the change of Inhibin B（INH-B）level in the serum of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） and the effect of INH-B in the episode of PCOS. Methods Immunohistochemistry were performed to assesse the level of Inhibin B in 45 patients with PCOS and 20 normal childbearing period women. Results （1）The level of INH-B in the serum of patients with PCOS was higher than that of control group. And the level of INH-B in the serum of nonobese patients was higher than that of obese patients with PCOS. （2）There were positive correlation（P〈0. 01 ） between level of serum INH-B and LH, FSH,T. And negative correlation（P〈0. 05） was found between INH-B and BMI both in patients with PCOS and controls. Conclusion Inhibin B may play a role in the formulation of deregulation of steroid genesis in PCOS. And the regulation the level of serum INH-B is valuable to the treatment of PCOS.
