癌基因产物c-jun的表达与宫颈癌、宫颈癌前病变、宫颈炎关系探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨癌基因产物c-jun在宫颈癌、宫颈癌前病变(CIN)以及宫颈炎症组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测23例宫颈癌、44例CIN及10例宫颈炎组织标本中c-jun蛋白的表达情况。结果c-jun蛋白在宫颈癌、CIN Ⅲ级、CIN Ⅱ级、CIN Ⅰ级以及宫颈炎中的阳性表达率分别为78.3%(18/23)、54.5%(6/11)、38.5%(5/13)、30.0%(6/20)、0(0/10);c-jun蛋白在宫颈癌、CIN和宫颈炎组织中的表达存在显著差异(P<0.05)。c-jun蛋白在CIN各级中的表达无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论c-jun蛋白的表达可能与宫颈癌前病变、宫颈癌的发生密切相关。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of the expression proto-oncogene c-jun in uterine cervix cancer, cervical intraepithelial neoplasias(CINs) and cervicitis. Methods Immunohistochemical method was performed to detect the ex- pression of c-jun oncoprotein in 23 invasive cervical carcinomas, 44CINs and 10 cervicitis in our department. Results The expression of c-jun in cervical invasive carcinoma, CIN Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ and cervicitis respectively was 78. 3%(18/23), 30. 0%(6/20), 38. 5% (5/13), 54. 5%(6/11), 0.0% (0/10). The expression of c-jun in invasive carcinoma was significantly higher than in CIN (P%0. 05). The expression of c-jun in CIN was significantly higher than in cervicitis (P〈0. 05). It was not evidently different in CIN Ⅰ s, CINⅡ s, CINⅢs(P〉0. 05). Conclusion The overexpression of c-jun probably is closely related with the occurrence of cervical carcinoma and CIN.
