摘要
近年来有学者认为前列腺癌组织中存在肿瘤干细胞,其自我更新、分化以及无限增殖的特性是导致前列腺癌难治性的根本原因。尽管目前对该观点存在争议,但仍然可作为前列腺癌治疗的一个有效靶点,深入了解前列腺癌干细胞的生物学特性有益于前列腺癌进行靶向性治疗,并清除肿瘤细胞。
