摘要
用邻菲罗啉分光光度法直接测定蔬菜中铁的含量,方法简便、快速、准确,为指导人们合理食用蔬菜进行补铁及进一步开发蔬菜产品提供了可靠的理论依据。
The iron contents of several kinds of vegetables have been dete line spectrophotometry. The method is simple, rapid and acc guiding people reasonably to eat vegetables to replenish iron urate. The result and exploiting th rmined directly by o-phenanthroprovides the theoretical basis for e product of vegetables.
