摘要
用分光光度法直接测定了大米中铁的含量,方法简便快速准确,对指导人们合理食用大米进行补铁及进一步开发大米产品提供了可靠的理论依据。
The rice, specially in south China, is accounting for the major proportion in the people daily life diet. The content of iron in rice was immediately determined by spectrophotometric method. The method is simple, fast and accurate, to instructed the people reasonable edible rice to make up iron and to provide the reliable theory basis further developing the rice product.
