摘要
教师继续教育是教师专业化发展的重要内容,是提升教师队伍水平的重要手段。近年来,中小学教师继续教育工作取得了较大成绩,但在具体实施过程中,在继续教育制度、师资队伍、培训内容、保障措施等方面仍然存在着一些问题。借鉴发达国家和地区在教师继续教育方面的成功经验,从教师继续教育的制度建设、师资队伍、培训内容等方面考虑解决对策,以促进中小学教师继续教育的协调发展。
Further education is the impol-tant content of teachers＇ professional developmenl and an importanl method to raise teaching levels. In recent yeats, further education of the primaly and secondary school teachers has achieved great achievement. There are still some ploblems iu the practice, such as filrther education system, teaehiug faculty, training eontems, security measures and so on. In order to promote the harmonious development, we should learn the experiente from the developed countries and find countermeastlres aeeording to the above problems.
