摘要
发达国家运用法律手段确保中小学新任教师和在职教师的培训制度化;运用聘任制度、带薪休假制度以及把教师在职进修与晋级加薪联系起来等措施,激励中小学教师参加继续教育。此外,它们依法确保对中小学教师继续教育的经费投入,使中小学教师继续教育能够顺利展开并取得实效。
The developed countries have put much more attention on the con ti nuing education of elementary and secondary school teachers. They use the means of legislation to guarantee the training system of these teachers,and encourage teachers to participate in the training through the appointment system and the s ystem on vocation with salary. In addition, they put much money on teachers’ t raining through legislation. This makes the training go well and promote the eff iciency of it.
