摘要 目的:探讨脑出血(ICH)患者血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)I/D基因多态性,并分析其是否有致脑出血效应。方法:应用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片断长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术检测80名ICH患者和90名健康对照者的ACE基因型和等位基因,并用Logistic回归分析其致脑出血的效应。结果:170例样本中ICH组ACE DD基因型频率为35.0%,D等位基因频率51.9%,明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析,ACE DD基因型发病的相对危险度(OR)为2.923,与ACE非DD基因型OR值0.582相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ACE DD基因型增加脑出血发生的概率。结论:ACE I/D基因多态性可能是ICH发病的独立遗传因素。 Objective: To identify an angiotensin I - converting enzyme (ACE) gene polymorphisms of the patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and analyze its causative effect on intraacerebral hemorrhage. Methods: ACE genotypes were examined with the method of PCR - RLFP in 80 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and 90 age - matched controls. Independent fatalness of ACE genotypes and alleles towards intracerebral hemorrhage were analyzed by Logistic regression. Results : ACEI/D genotype frequency(35.0% ) and D alleles frequency(51.9% ) in ICH group were remarkably higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Logistic regression analysis showed that there was significant difference in the incidence risk between ACE I/D genotype (OR = 2. 923 ) and ACE non -I/D genotype (OR = 0. 582 ), and that ACEI/D genotype can increase the incidence risk of ICH. Conclusion : The gene polymorphism of ACE I/D is related to the incidence of ICH and may be the independent risk factor for intracerebral hemorrhage.
