摘要
对代课教师,是"全部清退,"还是"放任自流?"目前事实是"放任自流。"这既没有对代课教师本人负责,更不利于农村教育的今后发展。应该创新制度,激活教师市场,彻底解决代课教师问题。
The attitude to substitute teachers is ＂all been removed＂ or ＂laissez-faire＂？ At present, the fact is that ＂laissez-faire.＂ It does not make responsibility for the substitute teachers, and it is not favor of the future development of education in rural areas. It should innovate the system ,activating teacher market to resolve the issues of substitute teachers thoroughly.
