膀胱癌实验诊断进展

摘要 膀胱癌是常见的泌尿生殖系恶性肿瘤之一，膀胱镜检查和细胞学检查仍是目前膀胱癌诊断的主要技术，前者是有创检杏且检查费用较高．后者的敏感性低。因此，研究开发特异性强、敏感性高的膀胱癌无创诊断新技术对于膀胱癌的诊断及其复发监测是迫切需要的．现已发现多种具有重要诊断作用的膀胱癌肿瘤标志物，其中部分已用于膀胱癌的筛查。本文结合近年来有关膀胱癌实验诊断的新进展综述如下。
