摘要
用S波段高功率微波照射大鼠,观察大鼠白细胞计数、淋巴细胞数、T细胞及其亚群和免疫球蛋白的变化,以期了解S波段高功率微波照射对大鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,S波段高功率微波照射可以引起大鼠白细胞水平降低,T细胞亚群出现兴奋效应,免疫球蛋白早期出现不同程度的降低,表现出低剂量刺激而高剂量抑制的效应。
To investigate the effects of S-band microwave irradiation on immunological function in rat, rat was irradiated using S-band microwave. After irradiation, we measured white blood cells, T cell and its subpopulation and immunoglobulin of rat. The results show, after microwave irradiation, decrease in white blood cells, exciting effect appearing in T cell subpopulation cells, decrease in immunoglobulin in its early stage at defferent levels, and the effects of being stimulated at low power density while immuno- suppression at high power density.
