摘要
通过试验研究了添加剂在不锈钢化学着色中的作用。结果表明:同一电位差下,颜色基本一致,随着三种添加剂(ZnSO4、MnSO4、(NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2O)用量的加大,颜色向长波方向移动;ZnSO4对着色电位起稳定作用,不仅便于记录瞬时着色电位,而且可使颜色易于控制,实现良好的重现性;MnSO4不仅起加速作用,而且添加适量可以显著提高着色膜的光亮度;(NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2O不仅起光亮作用,而且能明显提高着色膜的耐磨性。
The effects of additives on chemical coloring of stainless steel are investigated in this paper.The results show that the colors of coloring film on the stainless steel at the same potential difference is basically consistent,but the colors move to long wave length direction as the three kinds additive dosages increase;ZnSO4 stabilizes the coloring potential,which not only makes the coloring potential easy to be recorded,but also makes the colors easy to be controled and reappeared;MnSO4 not only plays acceleration role,but also can increase the brightness of the coloring films;and(NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O can not only enhance the brightness but also reinforce the wearability of the coloring films.
