摘要
提出了一种电化学着色膜层颜色控制的方法——三电极体系。在研究电化学着色条件的基础上,研究了超声波对电化学着色的影响。结果表明:三电极体系对不锈钢电化学着色膜的颜色有很好的控制效果,显著提高了着色膜颜色的重现性;超声波对电化学着色有明显的影响,能显著提高膜层颜色的均匀性。
A method for controlling the color of electrochemical coloring films, that is, three- electrodes system, was presented. The effects of ultrasonic on the electrochemical coloring were investigated based on the study of electrochemical coloring conditions. Results showed that three- electrodes system played a satisfactory control effect, and can raise the reproducibility of colored films. Furthermore, ultrasonic has a significant influence on electrochemical coloring and can improve the uniformity of colored films.
