摘要 为探讨激光照射血液疗法的最佳波长,对人和猴、犬、羊、兔、鼠、鸡全血的吸收光谱进行了观测,结果表明:人血与动物血液的吸收光谱非常相似,均在578、540、416、342、275、200~240nm处出现吸收峰,在紫外200~240nm吸收率最高,在红外700~1300nm吸收率最低,且逐渐下降。对光照射血液研究的激光器与激光谱线提出建议。本实验为光照射血液以及激光医学的其他基础研究提供了有益的参考。 The whole blood absorption spectra of human being and monkey, dog, sheep, rabbit, mouse, chicken were measured. The results showed that absorption peaks of both human and the animals appear at 578, 540, 416, 342, 275, and 200-240 nm. The highest absorbency is between 200-240 nm and the lowest absorbency is in infrared. The blood absorption spectra of the animals are very similar to that of human being. Some types of lasers which can be used in experimental studies of blood phototherapy are proposed. Our results may be useful to studies on laser phototherapy of blood as well as other laser medical researches.
