摘要
文章基于企业生命周期理论,将企业的生命周期划分为创业期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期4个阶段,探讨非正式群体在企业生命周期4个阶段中的特殊规律及其特征,并根据非正式群体在企业生命周期4个阶段中的特殊规律与不同特征,在分析现有企业管理模式对非正式群体管理缺位和不足的基础上,从动态角度提出对非正式群体权变的管理措施,以帮助企业管理者科学认识和正确对待非正式群体。
Based on the enterprise life cycle theory, this article divides enterprise's life cycle for the cre-a- tivity, the youth, the maturity and the decline period, and discusses the special rules and its characteristic in the enterprise life cycle, and according to the special rules and the different characteristics, analyzes the vacancy and the insufficient foundation existing business management pattern, then proposes the informal group's flexible management measure from the dynamic angle in order to help the enterprise managers correctly to understand and to deal with the informal group.
