摘要
图书馆存在着一些非正式群体。非正式群体的"非正式"特性使得群体不易被组织所观察到,而这并不表明非正式群体不应被组织所重视。本文分析了非正式群体形成的条件,阐述了其类型和特点及正面和负面作用,并就图书馆非正式群体的管理提出了建议。
There exist some informal groups in library.Its characteristic of 'informal'makes it ignored by organization.This essay analyses their causes of formation, the types and their positive and negative functions , and put forward suggestions on the management of the informal groups in library.
