摘要
目的研究重组生长激素(recombinant growth hormone,rGH)对高胆固醇饮食的新西兰兔血脂及冠状动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法健康新西兰白兔,均为雄性,兔龄4个月,体重(2.2±0.3)kg,随机分为rGH组、对照组(NC)、高胆固醇组(HC),观察高胆固醇饮食的条件下,rGH对血脂和冠状动脉粥样硬化的影响。结果rGH组血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)、氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(oxidized low density lipoprotein,oxLDL)、低于对照组(P<0.01),但对甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein-cholesterol,HDL-C)无明显影响。rGH组狭窄冠状动脉的百分比和管腔狭窄程度均低于对照组。结论rGH能够有效地降低高胆固醇饮食条件下TC、LDL-C、oxLDL及抑制冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生。
Objectlve To study the effect of recombinant growth hormone (rGH) on serum lipid levels and coronary atherosclerosis of rabbits by high-cholesterol diet. Methods Four-month-old male rabbits with high-cholesterol diet were randomly divided into four groups; control group, HCgroup, HC+ 0. 2rGHgroup and HC+0. 4rGH group. Serum lipids were measured after 3 months,coronary atherosclerosls were measured after 3 months. Results As compared with control group,rGH group had lower levels of serum TC,LDL-C and oxLDL,but no change for serum TG and HDL-C. The percentage and various degrees of stenosis of coronary in rGH group were lower than those of HC group. Conclusion rGH can improve serum lipids and inhibit coronary atherosclerosis of ribitts with high-cholesterol diet.
