摘要
分析了三相逆变电路死区生成的机理及对逆变器输出电压和输出电流的影响。结合TMS320LF2407A内部可编程死区发生器的工作机理,提出一种基于SVPWM的预测电流死区补偿方法,解决了DSP因插入死区而丢失有效脉冲的问题。实验结果表明,该补偿策略对由死区时间和开关器件中非理想特性造成的电压畸变有很好的补偿效果,能有效改善电机的电流波形,且软件控制简单,运算量小,适用于三相逆变电路的死区补偿。
The mechanism of dead-time generation on inverter and its effect on inverter's output voltage and current were analyzed.With the operational principle of deadband units in TMS320LF2407A controller,a predictive current control dead-time compensation method was given based on SVPWM,which solved the problem of pulse losing with dead-time in inverter.The experimental results indicate that the compensation method can effectively compensate the distorted output voltage resulted by dead-time and nonideal characters of swicth.The software is simple,and the method appropriates to deadtime compensa-tion for inverter.
