摘要
分析了死区故障与保护的配置关系,介绍了高压电网的电流死区和电压死区,阐述了死区故障的成因和危害,提出了各种死区故障的解决措施。以母线死区故障为重点,分析了母联分列死区、母线并列死区和母联充电死区,结合国家电网公司相关技术要求,以母联充电死区为例,提出了切实可行的死区故障解决方案。
The current and voltage dead zone of high voltage power network is introduced and the configuration rela- tionship between dead zone fault and protection is analyzed. And then the cause and harm of dead zone faults are presen- ted. At the same time the measures are proposed to solve various dead zone faults. Taking the busbar dead zone faults for an example, parallel operation of busbar, splitting operation of busbar and discharge of bus connection are analyzed. Fi- nally, some feasible solutions are proposed on the basis of technical requirements of State Grid.
