摘要
以石油磺酸铵为原料,根据传统反应机理和微反应器理论,初步研究了镁盐润滑油清净剂的制备过程.对产品进行了总碱值的测定、红外光谱和冷冻蚀刻电镜观测等.结果表明:反应过程是否加水和加水的时机等问题可通过微反应器理论得到合理的解释.
Taking the petroleum ammonium sulfonate as a raw material,magnesium salt lubricating oil detergents are prepared.The synthesis mechanism of them is preliminarily studied based on traditional reaction mechanism and micro-reactor theory.It is shown that water must be added into the reaction system in the preparation of the magnesium salt lubricating oil detergents,and the qualified products can be more easily obtained when the water is added in the stage of carbonation.Based on infrared spectrum analysis and freeze-etching electron microscopy,it is preliminarily proven that the hydroxide contained water and separated apart with oil phase by surfactant is firstly formed in the reaction,and then next reaction step is carried out.
