厚板弯曲回弹变压边力控制曲线的优化

摘要 为有效减小回弹对厚板弯曲件形状精度的影响,应用正交试验设计与数值模拟相结合的方法,对某载货汽车车桥构件的变压边力形式进行了优化设计,通过数值模拟搜寻到初选优化点周围的最优关键点,获得了适合该工件的变压边力控制优化曲线,并使其回弹位移比恒定压边力模拟时降低了48.45%。 In order to decrease the effect of rebound on the shape precision of thick sheet parts,the VBHF form of axle components for a truck is optimized by using the orthogonal experiment design and numerical simulation method.The optimization VBHF curve which suits for this part is obtained after searching the key point nearby the first choice point, and the rebound displacement decreased 48.45 %.
