摘要
本文以类U型件作为研究对象,以有限元数值模拟法和正交试验法为工具进行冲压回弹模拟仿真,在正交试验中综合考虑材料参数、工艺参数和模具型面对回弹的影响。以正交试验的数据进行回归分析,构建所选工艺参数和回弹量的试验数学模型。为基于工艺优化的回弹量预测提供了一种有效方法。
By using the FEA and the orthogonal design to simulate the sheet stamping,we study the U-shape sheet metal. The orthogonal table firstly contains the material parameters,technology parameters and the die figure. We investigate the influence of parameters. Based on the results,we choose the significant parameters to array the springback experiments. By analyzing the data using regression analysis method, we can establish the mathematical model of the predicting of the springback of stamping. This method provides an effective way for the predicting of the springback in stamping.
