摘要
现代奥林匹克运动实行法制化的运行模式,并与现代法制存在着良性互动。中国政府和有关方面应理性地把握奥运与法制的这一联系,努力做好北京奥运会的法制工作。北京奥运会的组织者在申办和规划中就进行了有关法制的承诺与部署,又通过法制宣传和法学研究强化奥运法治的理念与氛围,并采取设立法律工作机构、进行系列立法、强化合同管理、加强相关执法等各项法制工作措施,保证筹办工作在法制化的轨道上顺利运行。同时,现代奥运的法治品格和北京奥运会所做的法制努力,对中国体育法制在提升法律意识与素养、加强体育界与法律法学界合作、多方面展开体育立法、加强体育人权保护等方面,起到了积极的促进作用。
Modem Olympic operation is legalized and interacted with modem law. Chinese government and related departments have a rational understanding of the relationship between the Olympic Games and the law and manage to perform well the legal work involved in Beijing Olympic Games. The organizers of Beijing Olympic Games have made related legal promise and arrangement during their bid and plan to host the Olympic Games, consolidated the idea of legalized Beijing Olympic Games through legal propaganda and research and guaranteed the legalization of Beijing Olympic Games by adopting such measures as establishing legal agencies and and strengthening related law enforcement. Meanwhile, the legaliza series of laws, deepening the contract management, tion of modem Olympic Games and the legal efforts contributed by Beijing Olympic Games can positively improve the legal awareness and cultivation of Chinese sports, strengthen the cooperation between the sports arena and the legal studies, help sports legislation in various facets, and strengthen sports human rights protection.
