摘要
在师资队伍建设中应坚持以人为本,二者在地位上具有全局性,在内涵上具有重叠性。只有认真践行以人为本,才能使师资队伍建设在科学的轨迹上运行,收到期盼的效果。
In the construction of teachers＇ team, the human-oriented principle is the premise. The reason for it is that both of them are essential in position and overlapped in connotation. Only by carrying out this principle can the construction of teachers＇ team ran along the scientific track and receive the expected result.
