几种经济植物水培净化城市河水的研究 被引量:3

摘要 在水力停留时间为24h的静态水培条件下,研究了空心莱(lpomoea aquatica Forsskal)、油麦菜(Lactua sativa L.)、黑麦草(Lolium multiflorum Lam)、串叶松香草(Silphiam perfoliatumLinn)水培对河水中TN、TP、NH4^+-N、CODMn的净化效果,同时以水力停留时间为24h的未种植植物的静置城市河水为对照。结果表明,以上4种植物对城市河水中的TN、TP、NH4^+-N、CODMn去除率分别为15.81%-24.71%、13.83%~20.45%、22.54%-40.38%、21.23%-28.20%。试验至25d后,各种植物水培液中均出现TP、TN、CODMn值反而大于对照水样的现象。此外,植物干重与TP平均去除率相关性最大,植物根长与TN平均去除率相关性最大。研究表明,利用经济作物水培净化城市河水有一定的应用价值,但需要在培养条件的优化、经济作物品种的选择、经济价值最大化等方面做进一步研究。 Purifying effect of aqua-cuhured lpomoea aquatica Forsskal, Lactua sativa L. , Lolium multiflorum Lam, Silphiam perfoliatum Linn on polluted waters from urban rivers was investigated. The plants were aqua-cuhured in static urban fiver waters for 24h hydraulic retention time. Static urban fiver water without any aqua-cuhured plants was set up as control treatment with the same hydraulic retention time. Results show that the removed rates of TN, TP, NH4^+ - N, CODM. by the four aqua-cuhured plants from the water systems are 15.81% - 24.71% , 13.83% - 20.45% , 22.54% - 40.38% and 21.23% - 28.20% respectively. After 25 days, TN, TP, and CODMn in aqua-cuhured plant fluid are higher than the control. Plant dry weight has strong correlation with TP removal rate, while root length is strongly correlated with TN removal rate. It is concluded that the application of aqua-cuhured economic plants in the purification of urban river waters is worth extensive adoption, though further studies are required to adequately understand the operation conditions and plant species.
