摘要 把圆孔光阑窗口函数展开为有限复高斯函数和,用Collins积分公式导出了高斯光束圆孔衍射光场分布的近似解析表达式。经计算机数值计算,分析了轴上光强和不同衍射区观察面上的光强分布,研究了轴上任意点的光强随圆孔半径变化的关系。指出轴上存在"衍射焦点"。 Based on Collins integral formula and the expansion of the hard aperture function into a finite sum of complex Gaussian functions, the approximate analytical expression of the diffraction field of Gaussian beam by a circular aperture is derived, the intensity distribution on the axis and the different diffractive regions are analyzed by the numerical calculation and numerical simulation o The relation between the intensity on the axis and the radius of the aperture is studied.
