摘要
介绍了铸造气孔数值模型的研究背景,并以时间为序综述了其发展概况并以时间为序综述了其发展概况,在材料学家P.D.Lee气缩孔的预测模型分类的基础上重点阐述了达西模型研究与应用情况。基于达西模型的糊状区压力求解方法,概括了气泡形成计算所需的完整物理场,为铸造气孔的数值模拟提供了依据。通过对研究现状的分析,指出了铸造气孔数值模拟研究中存在的问题和研究方向。
In this paper the background of numerical models of casting porosity is introduced, and then its development history is reviewed. Based on the classification of the model by P. D. Lee, the advantages and disadvantages of different porosity models are analyzed. Based on Darcy model for the calculation of the pressure in mushy zone,the integral physical fields for the porosity formation simulation are summarized. Finally, based on the analysis of the current research conditions, the exiting problems and future research direction of the numerical simulation in casting porosity are pointed out.
