摘要
分析了轮带连铸铝杆坯料气孔成因及主要影响因素,研究了连铸工艺中浇铸温度,浇铸速度,冷却位置对坯料气孔形成的影响,工艺调整后产品的气孔缺陷得到了较好的解决。
By analyzing the causes of pore in casting aluminum rod billet with wheel type caster and its main influencing factors, the effects of the casting temperature, casting speed and cooling position on the formation of pores were studied. The blowhole defect has been well solved 'after optimizing the casting process.
