摘要
目的动态观察高胆红素血症新生儿换血前后,T细胞亚群及NK细胞的变化,为高胆红素血症新生儿换血疗法提供细胞免疫学基础理论。方法采用美国RD有限公司提供的试剂,运用间接荧光法和SP法,检测高胆新生儿换血前、换血中、换血后血中T细胞亚群及NK细胞的表达水平。结果高胆红素血症新生儿换血前与换血中、换血后比较,除了换血中CD8外,其它均P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论高胆红素血症新生儿换血治疗后各种免疫细胞的变化,证实了高胆红素血症新生儿换血治疗是迅速的、科学的、临床行之有效的一种治疗法。为高胆红素血症新生儿换血疗法充实了免疫学基础理论。
Objective To observe the change of T cell second cluster and NK cell after exchange transfusion in newborn of hyperbilirubinemia and to provide theory foundation for exchange transfusion. Methods Detect the experession of T cell and NK cell before and after exchange transfusion using indirect fluorescence method and SP method, Results Except for CD8, other indicators are significantly different after exchange tranfasion from before it, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion The change of cellular immune function after exchange transfasion indicates that it is a quick and effective treatment method for hyperbillirubinemia. It enriched immunology foundation theories of exchange transfusion for hyperbillirubinemia in newborn.
