Preparation of Hydroxyapatite Coating on Magnesium via Biomimetic Synthesis

摘要 在纯镁表面自组装单分子层,用CaCl2和K2HPO4溶液对其进行预钙化处理,将处理过的纯镁试样浸泡于钙磷饱和溶液,仿生沉积得到羟基磷灰石涂层。利用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对形成的涂层进行表征。试验结果表明,6天后即在镁基体表面得到了均匀致密、以羟基磷灰石(HA)为主晶相的羽毛状涂层。 HA coating was biomimetic deposited by functionalizing the magnesium by the adsorption of EDTA self-assembly monolayer firstly,then pretreated with the CaCl2 solution and K2HPO4 solution,and immersed in calcium phosphate supersaturated solution(CP solution).The coating formed on the magnesium was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanned by electron microscopy(SEM).The results indicate that:when soaked in CP solution for 6d,an HA layer composed of well-grown flake-like crystals is formed on the surface of the magnesium.
