摘要
中山市某商业中心大楼1994年完成主体结构施工后因故停工,已闲置十年以上,未竣工验收且一直未投入使用。大楼原设计是依据89规范,改造加固设计采用现行的结构设计规范,且改造后使用状况较原设计改变较大。本文介绍对该大楼结构改造前后的计算结果,详细讨论了加固改造过程中遇到的基础、楼板厚度不足、楼板支座处面筋保护层太厚、钢筋锈蚀、框架柱抗震等问题与相应处理方法。
The main structure construction of a commercial center building was finished in 1994 and then stopped. It had been unused for more than ten years and hadn't been checked and accepted. The building was designed according the Chinese Code 1989, however, the design of its renovation and strengthening was done according active code, and the use condition after renovation changed a lot compare to the original design. The calculational results of the structure before and after renovation were introduced in the paper. The problems and solutions on foundation, the deficiency of slab thickness, the excess of the thickness of steel bar safeguard of slab on the support, the rust of steel bar, aseismatic columns were discussed.
