摘要
为了给制备犬和狐白细胞介素-2相关免疫治疗剂、免疫增强剂提供材料,并且为构建插入犬和狐白细胞介素-2基因表达盒的新型基因工程疫苗提供物质基础,从犬、北极狐两种犬科动物基因组中克隆白细胞介素-2,经测序验证扩增片断长度为580 bp,包含全部编码序列和两侧非翻译区。序列分析表明犬与狐核苷酸序列同源性都超过99%,氨基酸序列完全一致。
The IL-2 gene DNA can be used for immunity therapy and potentiator, prepared for the genetically engineering vaccine which contains IL-2 expression box. 580 bp nucleotides of domestic dog and fox were cloned and sequenced, which includes complete cDNA and partial untranslated region of IL-2 gene. Sequence alignment showed the IL-2 gene of fox and domestic dog were more than 99 percent identical.
