摘要
由于砂石自然资源日益匮乏,利用废弃混凝土生产再生骨料配制再生混凝土是今后的发展方向之一。但由于再生骨料表面附着的水泥砂浆颗粒较多,再加上机械破碎中造成的颗粒损伤积累,使得再生骨料内部存在许多微裂缝,使再生骨料空隙率高、压碎指标大、堆积密度小、吸水率高,导致再生混凝土性能下降,制约了再生混凝土的利用。通过试验,利用研制开发的磨机"脱去"再生粗骨料表面附着的水泥砂浆体,以求还原再生粗骨料原有天然卵石或碎石的性能指标,经测试再生粗骨料和再生混凝土的性能都得到了提高和改善。
Due to sandstone natural resource being lack,using waste concrete to produce recycled aggregate to compounding recycled concrete is one of the developing direction in the future.More cement mortar grain coheres the surface of recycled aggregate and machine crushes grain scathe to accumulate recycled aggregate being more tiny crack, high porosity, low piling density, great crushing index, high water absorption, which lead to properties of recycled concrete lowered and restricted to be utilized.Based on the experiment,using mill developed to shuck coherencing cement mortar on surface of recycled aggregate in order to revert characteristics of natural scree and gravel,properties of recycled aggregate and recycled concrete tested are advanced and improved.
